Operations Manager

With continued growth and investment we are now seeking an ambitious Operations Manager with proven experience in the packaging sector to join our team.

The Role:
We are looking for a hands on Operations Manager who must have proven experience in a box manufacturing and packaging production quality print environment . You will be responsible for managing day to day operations at our Blantyre facility liaising with the management team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate all production activities within the printing and box manufacturing departments
* Manage, motivate, and develop production teams to meet output and quality targets
* Drive process improvements, workflow efficiency
* Ensure all jobs are produced to specification and delivered on schedule
* Collaborate with planning, and technical teams to support customer requirements
* Maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards
* Monitor KPIs, production data, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

The Ideal Candidate:
* Strong operational management experience within packaging, box production, or print-related manufacturing
* Excellent leadership and team-management skills
* Solid understanding of production planning, workflow optimisation, and quality control
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
