We’re on the lookout for an experienced Flexographic Printer to join our friendly and hardworking team. You’ll play a key role in making sure our customers get the high-quality labels they know us for.

Your day-to-day will involve:
* Running and maintaining our flexo printing presses (narrow web)
* Setting up jobs, completing changeovers efficiently
* Making sure everything runs smoothly and prints look spot-on
* Working alongside a skilled and supportive production team

Candidates must have previous experience of operating either Polar 115 Guillotines, Polar DC11 Punch lines and Blumer Punches and should be confident working in a fast paced process driven manufacturing environment, be looking to settle in long term or permanent employment (shift working) and have an enthusiastic, can do approach to their work. You’ll play a key role in making sure our customers get the high-quality labels and packaging they know us for.

With a reputation for quality, innovation, and customer care, we specialise in producing labels, bespoke cartons, boxes, and sleeves for a wide range of industries. With continued growth and investment we are now seeking an ambitious Operations Manager with proven experience in the packaging sector to join our team.

The Role:
We are looking for a hands on Operations Manager who must have proven experience in a box manufacturing and packaging production quality print environment . You will be responsible for managing day to day operations at our Blantyre facility liaising with the management team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate all production activities within the printing and box manufacturing departments
* Manage, motivate, and develop production teams to meet output and quality targets
* Drive process improvements, workflow efficiency
* Ensure all jobs are produced to specification and delivered on schedule
* Collaborate with planning, and technical teams to support customer requirements
* Maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards
* Monitor KPIs, production data, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

The Ideal Candidate:
* Strong operational management experience within packaging, box production, or print-related manufacturing
* Excellent leadership and team-management skills
* Solid understanding of production planning, workflow optimisation, and quality control
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
